In today’s complex world, parents need practical tools and a supportive community as they navigate this profound, and sometimes confusing, journey with their children. In this workshop series, we will explore the five points of yoga (proper diet, proper exercise, proper relaxation, proper breathing, positive thinking and meditation) as a basis to reflect on personal parenting experiences and consider ways to cultivate parent wellbeing and inspire peace and joy in our parenting journeys.
