Yoga Courses for Beginners
Learn the basics of yoga from scratch systematically and safely in a small, friendly and relaxed setting with one of our Yoga Courses for Beginners. Or, take a course to renew your practice after some time away or to strengthen the foundation of your existing practice. Courses are 4 weeks, with students meeting twice a week for classes of 90 minutes each. See below for dates and times.
Not sure if you are ready to enroll? Join us for a Free Trial Yoga Class, Sundays at 4:00-5:30 p.m. Designed for beginners, it’s a great way to meet our teachers and see our Centre. No previous yoga experience necessary.
