These yoga classes offer a gentle, adapted approach to the classic Sivananda open class sequence – especially nice for beginners, seniors, those recovering from illness or injury or those who haven’t practiced for a while. Enjoy chanting, gentle breathing exercises, warm-ups, adapted versions of the twelve basic postures and longer relaxation.
You may take a single classes on a drop-in basis, or take a series of six-class sessions.
