Open: An intermediate level class that includes pranayama (breathing exercises), sun salutation, 12 basic postures and relaxation. Drop-in basis. No advance registration. Duration: 90 minutes
Advanced: Similar to an open class, but with longer holding and more advanced variations.
Gentle Yoga: a gentle, adapted approach to the classic Sivananda open class sequence – especially nice for beginners, seniors, those recovering from illness or injury or those who haven’t practiced for a while. See Gentle Yoga page for dates and times.
