Children and parents will learn some basic tools of yoga they can use at home to help better regulate emotional responses to stress. Cost is on a pay-what-you-can basis.
Learn more about the theory of pranayama. Topics include: What is prana; Major pranas and their relation to breath and pranayama; How control of breath leads to control of prana and therefore helps achieve control of the mind.
If you are new to meditation, this course is a great place to start. You will learn basic meditation theory and practical techniques for implementing a regular personal meditation practice in your life.
Come spend a fun afternoon in our kitchen. We’ll prepare several traditional, Indian vegetarian dishes. As we cook, you’ll learn about the wonderful qualities and nutritional value of Indian food. Receive a copy of all the recipes to recreate at home for friends and family.
