Health is a law of nature. It is our natural birthright. Ayurveda and Yoga, the ancient sciences of medicine and right living, declare the origin of disease comes from three flaws: forgetting our True Nature as Spirit, the misuse of intellect, and excessive movement of the mind.

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences and they work directly with the flow of prana (energy, life force) and remove the blockages in our energy channels.  Yoga asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises) help purifying the energy body and bring about vitality.  Ayurveda and Yoga is the most important preventative system of medicine. Ayurveda and Yoga calms the mind and breath, helps us to not identify too much with the drama of life which generates emotions such as fear or anger, and helps us to conserve energy and elongate lifespan.
