Ayurveda is the ancient holistic medical system of India which has been practiced for more than 5 thousand years. Along with yoga, it offers a great look at a balanced lifestyle. Learn about your body constitution, history and theory of Ayurveda, ayurvedic diet and nutrition.
The course is structured over 5 classes, 90 minutes each, meeting once a week for 5 weeks.
