Hold the postures for at least 5 minutes and see the effects that meditative posture of asanas has on the body and mind. This course gives you the chance to experience more deeply your physical and spiritual practice of the 12 basic postures.
This relaxation workshop is based on breathing and visualization exercises. Practiced while laying down, it induces a state of awareness and emotional balance that can open the doors to the unconscious.
