This relaxation workshop is based on breathing and visualization exercises. Practiced while laying down, it induces a state of awareness and emotional balance that can open the doors to the unconscious.
Are you interested in Ayurveda? Come and prepare Ayurvedic dishes and drinks, to help with digestion and assimilate nutrients. The preparation will be followed by lunch. Complicity and good mood are on the menu!
Designed to guide you systematically through the 8 steps of the asana, this
workshop will give you the tools to hold the headstand longer and with comfort.
Warm up with sun salutations and learn simple stretches/postures to release the tension in your hips. Especially useful for those who spend hours working at a desk or sitting.
Learn yoga techniques for improving the functioning of the eyes. We will do practical exercises as well as relaxation that you can do at home in order to achieve optimum eye health.
