Chakras are the subtle energy centers in the body. They govern our health – physical, mental, emotional as well as spiritual, the quality of our thoughts and the direction of our life. In this series of workshops, we will learn about the different dimensions to our being, the Chakras, their roles in our life, how to balance them through meditation, Mantras, Mudras and Nada Yoga. These workshops involve intermittent meditation as well as live Sitar music. Please dress comfortably.
