Yoga Youth Camp

Yoga practice can be a life-transforming experience for young teens, allowing them to develop self-awareness and mental and spiritual growth. Montessori teacher Omkari will guide teens through the beginning steps of Yoga with an exciting, structured and activity filled program. The program is open to young people ages 11-14.

 

 

Daily Schedule

  • 7:00am Wake up, shower, dress for class
  • 7:30am Snack
  • 8:00am Teen satsang: meditation or silent walk, journal writing, learning about the 5 points of yoga
  • 9:00am Teen asana class
  • 10:00am Brunch
  • 11:00am Karma Yoga
  • 11:30am Visit boutique
  • 12:00am Arts and Crafts
  • 1:00pm Lunch prep.
  • 2:00pm Lunch
  • 2:30pm Lunch clean-up
  • 3:00pm Nature walk/hike
  • 5:30pm Free time
  • 6:00 pm Dinner
  • 8:00pm Guided Relaxation
