The course introduces the 5 Points of Yoga, 12 basic yoga postures (Asanas), Breathing exercises (Pranayama), Relaxation exercises, Introduction to proper diet, Introduction to positive thinking and meditation. A four-week course meeting twice a week.

Practical hints
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class. It is recommended not to eat two to three hours before class. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
