This course will teach a gentle yoga practice for adults who would like to improve their activity levels and build strength, balance and mobility.
The course includes breathing practices, gentle stretching and relaxation.
All levels of yoga welcome! No previous yoga experience necessary.
Courses are 3 weeks long, with students meeting twice per week.
