This course is open to teens ages 14 to 16 years old. The focus is on learning how to use yoga practice for physical and mental well-being.
This course will teach basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and simple meditation practice.
Teens are encouraged to practice at home and use yoga techniques to stay calm and focused.
During the course we will also discuss yogic perspectives on mental health and issues such as anxiety, addiction, body image and relationships.
