Adopting a vegetarian diet can be easy and fun while helping to maintain optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Our workshops offer different ways to enjoy delicious, tasty and aromatic vegetarian cuisine. Cooking is also considered a way of offering love and service and is an integral part of any yoga practice.
