Teaching an Accessible Practice So many people today need their special needs accommodated to fully participate. Learn how to address individual needs in open yoga classes.

Easily integrate adapted asana options into your regular classes to accommodate the inexperienced as well as those with back issues, injuries, overweight adjustments, illness recovery, etc.

Provide a safe and accessible practice for everyone. Know how to identify need and feel comfortable adjusting and personalizing your students’ practice.

Friday October 20, 5:30 – 7:30 pm
Saturday October 21, 12:30 – 5:30 pm
Sunday October 22, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm​​

Kumari - Teaching an Accessible Practice About the Teacher: Kumari CYT, E-RYT500 is a certified yoga therapist and advanced Sivananda Yoga teacher with over 30 years teaching experience. She is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and is the director of Yoga Sivananda, an affiliated-Sivananda Yoga Center in Gatineau, Quebec.
