NEW TO YOGA? FIRST STEPS
Have you always wanted to do yoga but don’t know how and where to start? Anyone can practise yoga. You don’t need special equipment. Just a small amount of space and a strong desire for a healthier, more fulfilled life.
It is usually best to begin with simple yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation guided by a yoga teacher who can demonstrate the exercises for you and offer corrections as well as some variations and/or modifications.
Come for a Free Trial Class where you will get a clear introduction to the principle points of yoga and learn more about the Centre and teachers.
Our Beginners’ Course is the best way to get a good foundation and proper guidance to help you establish a daily yoga practice in your life.
