Learn some of the fundamental principles of yoga by joining us for a free trial yoga class at our Centre.
You will be introduced to the 12 most important postures (asanas), basic breathing and relaxation techniques.
Classical yoga offers wonderful surprises as a comprehensive system of personal development, encompassing the mind, body and spirit.
All are welcome!
- No pre-registration required.
- Arrive about 15 minutes early to give yourself time to sign and get settled.
- No prior experience in yoga necessary.
- Mats are provided at no cost (however, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.)
