The Raja Yoga Sutras were compiled by Sage Patanjali Maharishi and written in a series of concise, brief statements or aphorisms.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to some of the main sutras. As well, we will discuss how we can apply the teachings for greater peace and harmony in our lives.
