In this workshop we will look at the 12 basic postures according to the healing system of Ayurvedic medicine and how to perform yoga asanas taking into consideration Ayurvedic mind-body types.
Would you like some extra help with your headstand pose? Then this workshop is for you! We will review in detail how to come in to and out of the pose systematically and safely through 8 steps.
