This workshop focuses on cleaning the internal organs through various techniques including jala and sutra neti (nasal cleansing) and kunjar kriya (water purification).
Kids and teens can also benefit from practicing yoga! Classes are designed to be fun, engaging and appropriate for each age group’s developmental stages. Only $10 per class.
