Yoga for Youth: Ages 12 – 15 years
Yoga classes designed for young teens. Enjoy the benefits of yoga and relaxation while meeting new people and improving flexibility, strength, and concentration. Get fit with the simple yoga sequence. If you are involved in sports, yoga will help you improve your athletic skills and focus.
Days: Saturday mornings, 11:00 am – 12:00 noon
Cost: $70 per session / $120 if signed up for both sessions
