Yoga classes designed to help young teens:
- Learn and enjoy the benefits of yoga
- Get fit with simple yoga sequence
- Develop flexibility, strength and coordination
- Improve concentration and focus
- Assist with athletic skills if involved with sports
- Have fun and make new friends
Eight sessions, meeting on Saturday mornings at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Cost: $80 Parents are Non-Members / $60 Parents are Members – First class is FREE!
