Yoga classes designed for young teens ages 12 – 15 years old.
Youth can enjoy the benefits of yoga and relaxation while meeting new friends and improving flexibility, strength, and concentration. Students will learn to get fit with a simple yoga sequence. If your teen is involved in sports, yoga can help them improve athletic skills and focus.
