Ayurvedic Daily Routine for Health and Happiness Ayurveda, a traditional natural healing science from India, has been practiced for over 5,000 years and teaches us how to live a healthy, balanced life. Ayurveda offers many tools to align ourselves with the body’s natural rhythm to promote health and longevity.

One of the most important ways to support a healthy life is to have a healthy daily routine. Progressively integrating Ayurvedic daily routine can have a lasting effect on health so that one can attain and protect a balanced mind and body.

This workshop will be taught by Dr. Sonal Bhatt, a master of doctor in Ayurveda from the world famous university of Ayurveda, Jamnagar Ayurvedic University, India. Dr. Bhatt has been practicing as an Ayurvedic consultant, Panchkarma specialist, teacher and researcher in India and Canada for over 20 years.
