UPCOMING WORKSHOPS & COURSES
This workshop is designed to guide you through how to come into and out of the headstand systematically and safely through 8 steps and give you tips to hold the headstand longer and with more comfort.
Learn the prayers chanted in our classes, courses, and satsangs such as: the Dhyana Slokas (Gajananam), Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra (Om Tryambhakam), Brahmarpanam (Prayer for Meals), Other Peace Chants, and Arati.
In this course, you will be introduced to the 5 Points of Yoga, 12 basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, sun salutations (surya namaskar), relaxation techniques and more.
Meditation is considered the most important of all the yoga techniques and is an invaluable tool for emotional balance and peace of mind. This course provides instruction in the basic techniques and theory for beginning a meditation practice.
This is an invigorating course that energizes and purifies the nadis (energy channels) by combining the basic postures with different, challenging variations and pranayama.
