Raja Yoga, or Ashtanga Yoga, aims at controlling the thought waves or mental modifications. It is also called the 'Yoga of Meditation'. The upcoming class will be dedicated to the Second Pada (Chapter) entitled 'Sadhana Pada'. This class will explore the practical aspects of spiritual practice: i.e. self-study, overcoming the five afflictions, yamas & niyamas (ethics), asana and pranayama.

Spiritual Diary Course
The keeping of the spiritual diary, resolution and vow sheet, and introspection are the keys to knowing one's mind. This course provides the opportunity to explore unproductive habits, create a new ideal of yourself, and gives practical exercises each week to help you to maintain that ideal.
