"Who am I?" This course will explore the primary tenets of Vedanta, including the Witnessing Consciousness, and the philosophy of desire.

Yoga, aims at controlling the thought waves or mental modifications.
It is also called the 'Yoga of Meditation'. The upcoming class will
be dedicated to the Second Pada (Chapter) entitled 'Sadhana Pada'.
This class will explore the practical aspects of spiritual practice:
i.e. self-study, overcoming the five afflictions, yamas & niyamas
(ethics), asana and pranayama.
