on the topics of Bhagavad Gita Chapter 6 and the Upanishads (Yoga philosophy).

Raja Yoga,
Ashtanga Yoga (eight-limbs), aims at controlling the thought waves or mental modifications. It is also called the 'Yoga of Meditation'. The upcoming class will be dedicated to 'Kaivalya Pada' - the "Liberation Chapter". This class will explore the practical aspects of spiritual practice: i.e. karma, desires, the mind and the ultimate liberation.
