Cultivating Enthusiasm: A continuation to the Positive Thinking Course
This course is a continuation to the introductory course, and will explore more in depth the topics of: negativity, anger, will-power, faith, positive suggestion and affirmation.

Transforming Emotions Through Raja Yoga Course

Using the 8 limbs of Raja yoga as a basis, this course will describe the importance of ethics as a foundation for developing a positive outlook on life and for your practice of asana, pranayama, meditation.

RATES
Four week courses; meet 1x per week for 90 minutes. Members $50, Non-members $65
Two week courses; meet 2x per week for 90 minutes.
