MEDITATION 1 (COURSE)
This course will help you to understand the nature of the mind and how to develop concentration and inner stability. Participants are guided in basic techniques with the aim of helping them to establish a daily practice. (Open to all)

MEDITATION AND MANTRAS (COURSE)
This course is a continuation to Introduction to Meditation. We will go deeper into the techniques of meditation and the power behind the use of Mantras.
(Open to those who have completed the Meditation Course.)

Details:
1.5 hours/ class
1x per week for 4 weeks or 2x per week for 2 weeks
$60 members, $80 non-members
