INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION course
This course will help you to understand the nature of the mind and how to develop concentration and inner stability. Participants are guided in basic techniques with the aim of helping them to establish a daily practice.

MEDITATION AND MANTRAS course
This course is a supplement to the Meditation Introduction. We will explore more deeply the techniques of meditation and understand the power behind the use of Mantras.
(Open to those who have completed the Meditation Course.)

RE-EDUCATE YOUR SUB-CONSCIOUS MIND (new course!)
Within the sub-conscious mind are buried our truest intentions. Through proper concentration, they are revealed to us, through positive affirmation we can mold them, and shape our destiny. This course will explore the specificis of concentration and types of affirmation.

MIND, ITS MYSTERIES AND CONTROL (new course!)
A continuation to the 'Meditation Course', we will cover; theory of perception; theory and practice of concentration, ememory and will-culture; and 3 sevels of mind (instinct-reason-intuition).
