This workshop will focus on principles and practices of vegetarian Macrobiotic cooking. You'll learn some basic concepts, simple techniques and leave with a few recipes to practice at home. You'll also get to enjoy the meal you helped to prepare!
Saturday, November 23rd | 1-5pm
This workshop will explore vegetarian cooking for a yogic lifestyle. How can you use food to help balance the mind? How does a healthy diet prepare the body for yoga practice? What are foods that help/hinder a calm mind? All of this, plus cooking techniques, recipes and a flavorful meal to enjoy throughout the program!
