Yoga 2 Course: this course builds on the basics learned in the Yoga 1 course to consolidate and deepen your practice. Suitable for those still learning the headstand.

Yoga 2 and Meditation: this course is designed to deepen your practice through emphasis on the meditative aspect of asanas, pranayama, a short meditation is included at the end of each practice.
