Intermediate courses
are best for developing your Hatha Yoga practice as a follow up to Yoga 1 or as a bridge back after a break from asanas. As a small group with a consistant instructor, you will be able to develop a closer relationship with the teachings and a deeper sense of peace in your practice.

Classes will focus on Yoga Asanas, intermediate variations and Pranayama (breathing exercises).

New for 2013:

INTERMEDIATE-LEVEL asana classes every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-9:15pm.

Details:
1.5 hours/ class
2x per week for 3 weeks or 1x per week for 6 weeks
$60 members, $72 non-members
