This workshop will include discussion and sharing, yoga postures and breathing techniques,
journal work, playing and improvising chanting, relaxation and meditation.
You will discover how courage can be developed by cultivating joy and celebrating life.

Celia McBride (Mirabai) is a Sivananda trained yoga teacher
as well as an internationally recognized, award-winning,
professional writer, performer, storyteller and. She leads
workshops combining yoga practice, creative writing and performance-based
exercises, which encourage people to go beyond their self-imposed boundaries,
discover tools for daily motivation and develop flexibility and awareness of mind, body and spirit.
