Raja Yoga Course with Swami Shivabhaktananda

The Raja Yoga sutras by Patanjali are a thorough study of the psychological aspect of the human being. It provides an understanding of the mind in great detail and a very methodical approach to its mastery.

The scripture is divided in 4 chapters that in summary covers the concepts about the mind and its workings, the practical aspects of mastering the mind, the various experiences, knowledge and powers that may manifest along the evolution, and lastly a more philosophical approach to the state of liberation.
