Gentle Yoga

sm-gentleThe gentle yoga classes are open for beginners, seniors and those who haven’t practised for a while. They provide longer relaxation, more gentle breathing exercises (pranayma), sun salutations, the twelve adapted basic postures, and a final relaxation.

Class Times: Tuesday and Friday:  10h30

$10 non-members / $9 members
Prerequisites : none
No registration necessary

Practical hints: * Arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class.* Do not eat 2 to 3 hours before class.* Wear loose comfortable clothing.
