Saturday: 12:30-6:00 pm
Sunday: 9:30-1 pm
Pre-requisite: Must have completed a yoga teacher training (YTT).

Kumari is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnu Devananda and a  Sivananda yoga teacher with over 30 years teaching experience. She leads teacher training courses in Adapted Yoga, Yoga for Back Care, and Yoga for Seniors as well as workshops and retreats featuring Yoga Nidra and Adapting to Change Biographical Self-Work.  Director of an affiliated Sivananda Yoga Centre in Gatineau, QC for many years Kumari currently maintains a professional yoga therapy practice as founding director of Beyond Form Therapeutic Yoga in Gatineau, QC.
