The king of asanas! A workshop for those who want to progress in the headstand posture and all its variations. The head stand is a unique experience, challenging us to develop greater confidence and concentration. Also, come discover the many variations of this posture that you can incorporate into your practice.

We spend most of our time leaning forward. The practice of backward bends helps to improve circulation in the spine, rejuvenate and stretch the back, and protect it.

Forward bending relieves stress, develops the leg muscles, helps to strengthen the back and builds concentration.

Positive thinking

Wednesdays 7, 14, 21, 28 May 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

The thoughts have an important effect on our life. They influence our relations with others and with oneself. Discover their importance and how to deal with the negativity inside you. Learn how to transform them by leading a healthy life.

The discovery of Yoga with postures and breating exercices adapted for children from ages 7 to 11 years old.

Tuesdays and Fridays, 10:30 am to 12 pm

Postures and breathing exercices adapted and executed gently.

Prenatal Yoga

Wednesdays 4:30 pm to 6 pm

Pregnancy is a time of physical, mental and spiritual transformation. Yoga will help you to enjoy this period in the best way possible. Please consult your doctor before starting the practice.
