Satsang is a gathering for group spiritual practice. We meet at the Center daily in the early morning at 6am and twice a week in the evening. Evening satsang is held every Wednesday evening at 8 pm and every Sunday evening at 7 pm. There is no charge for attendance.
We usually begin with a 30 minute guided silent meditation, followed by Kirtan (chanting) for around forty minutes, followed by a reading or talk on a spiritual topic. The length of the satsang is usually around 90 minutes.
Satsang is open to all, there is no requirement of any previous knowledge of yoga. Chant books are provided for you to follow the chanting and join in if you wish.
