How to Start

Yoga 1 Beginners Course

Asana class - spinal twist An introduction to the theory and practice of yoga for beginners with emphasis on proper exercise (asanas), proper breathing (pranayama), relaxation (savasana); the 12 basic postures and Surya Namaskar (sun salutations).

Schedule: daily classes over 2 weeks, except on Saturdays and Sunday.

Class duration: 90 minutes.

Course donation: Rs 850

Yoga 1 Beginners Course for Ladies

Course for ladies only. This course is the same as the Yoga 1 beginners course.

The course consists of daily classes for 2 weeks, except on Saturdays and Sundays. Each class is for 90 minutes. We recommend you do not eat for 2-3 hours before a class and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
