Headstand workshop for people with basic knowledge about headstand.

Prana and the Astral Body

The astral body is the subtle energy body which is the counterpart of the physical body. All yoga practices have a direct effect on improving the flow of prana, vital energy, and lead to increased vitality.

 • What is prana and how to increase it
 • How to purify and strengthen the astral body

By following a well balanced vegetarian diet, the benefits of the Yoga exercises can be increased considerably. Pure ingredients provide energy for our thought processes. Included are general hints and detailed cooking instructions, and much fun in the preparation and consumption.
