Registration
For any course,
please send
a deposit of £20 with your name, address and telephone
number stating the course you wish to attend and the date
and time it starts. The Centre will accept no liability
for lost or misdirected bookings and deposit cheques,
unless due to its own negligence. Telephone bookings by
credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or debit card are accepted. |

Payment
A deposit of £20 is required
to secure a place on a course. The outstanding balance
is to be paid in full one week before the course starts.
If the balanc
e has not been paid, at the student's option,
the Centre has the right to return the deposit and cancel
the booking, after deducting a £10 administration
fee. |

Refund
A student who cancels a course
up to 48 hours before the course commences, is entitled
to a refund or credit (at the student's option) for the
amount paid less a £10 administration fee. Cancellation
of a course by the Centre will result in a full refund
of any monies paid. |

Credit
A student who cancels a course
less than 48 hours before the course commences, or who
has booked less than 48 hours before the course commences
and then cancels before the course starts, will be eligible
for a credit note for the amount paid, less a £10
administration fee. A student who books a course and then
fails to attend the course, with no notification of cancellation,
will be entitled to a credit note less a £10 administration
fee. Should a student miss both of the first two classes
of the student's chosen course, the student will then
not be able to join that course and will be deemed as
having failed to attend the course with no notification
of cancellation and will be entitled to a credit note
less a £10 administration fee. |

Transfer
A first transfer from one course
to another, whether the course has commenced or not, will
not incur a transfer fee. However each subsequent transfer
will result in a £10 administration fee being applied. |

Attendance
Students can not be admitted
to a class twenty minutes after the class h
as commenced.
Should a student miss both of the first two classes of
the student's chosen course the student will then not
be able to join that course. Should a student miss a class
within a course, that class cannot be made up or substituted
with classes from another course or with open classes. |

Clothing
Please bring comfortable loose
clothing. Cotton is preferable. We ask you to dress modestly,
with shoulders, midriff and legs covered. Changing rooms
are available. |

Other
We recommend that you do not
eat for at least two to three hours before a class. Please
do not bring any food, drink (including water), or any
outdoor wear into class. Mobile phones/pagers must be
switched off and not used within the Centre. |
