Meditation is considered the most important of all the yoga techniques and is an invaluable tool for peace of mind and amotional balance. This 4-week course provides instruction in the basic meditation techniques and theory for starting a personal meditation practice.

Experience the joy of vegetarian cooking and learn to prepare nutritious and delicious vegetarian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.


Each session of this 4-week course will start with a short theoretical lecture on vegetarianism and nutrition followed by practical cooking demonstrations to learn the preparation of vegetables, grains, pulses, simple vegetable dishes and the proper use of spices.
