It is the foundation of Yoga practice and proclaims that peace and bliss lie within oneself. This course will introduce the basic concepts of Vedanta philosophy. Each session will include meditation and Mantra chanting.

The Bhagavad Gita is the most popular of all the Yogic scriptures.
It contains in its 701 verses the timeless wisdom of Karma (action), Bhakti (devotion) and Jnana (knowledge). This course is highly recommended for those taking the Sivananda Teacher’s Training Course.
