Meditation Course

Meditation is considered the most important of all the yoga techniques and is an invaluable tool for peace of mind and amotional balance. This 4-week course provides instruction in the basic meditation techniques and theory for starting a personal meditation practice.

• Individual guidance by an experienced teacher.

The Bhagavad Gita is the most important philosophical text of yoga. The text shows how we can live yoga in every moment of our daily life. The Bhagavad Gita teaches us how to live in the world, do our duties and find peace through detachment. Every class will start with meditation and Gita chanting.
