Highly recommended as the follow up to Yoga 1, Yoga 2 is an ideal course for those wanting to go deeper into their Yoga practice.

The course includes a thorough introduction and preparation for the practice of the headstand, a focus on classical variations and a more in-depth look at the basic philosophy of Yoga. One can integrate into the daily drop-in classes with ease upon completing Yoga 2 or move on to the very popular Yoga 3.

If you have completed Yoga 2 or Yoga 2M this course will allow you to continue to work on the headstand while beginning to learn more advanced postures and variations. When you’ve mastered the headstand you can move on to Yoga 4.
