Open Class
Open to all on a drop-in basis.
Covers the twelve basic postures, breathing and relaxation.
Students are advised to take a beginners' course before
attending regular open classes. If you are new to the
Centre a trial open class is free. |

Advanced Open Class
Advanced open class For students
who have completed Yoga 3 or TTC. |

Gentle Class
Including easy basic postures
and variations (no headstand), breathing and longer relaxation. |

Pensioners’ Class
It is never too late to take
up yoga. Even after a short time of practising, you will
sleep better, have more energy and a more positive approach
to life. |

Pregnancy Class
Yoga can help you to have a
better pregnancy and delivery. This class will introduce
special poses for pregnancy, with a short meditation at
the end of the class. |

Children’s Class
Starting yoga when young gives
a child the best foundation in life. Postures, meditation,
chanting and spiritual storytelling. No classes during
the Christmas and New Year's holidays. For 7-12 year-olds. |
