Open Class
Open to all on a drop-in basis. Covers the twelve basic postures, breathing and relaxation. Students are advised to take a Beginners’ Course before attending regular open classes. If you are new to the Centre your first class is free.

Pensioners’ Class
A basic Open Class with variations suitable for pensioners.
Previously knowledge of yoga is recommended..
New! Yoga Lite
A drop-in class suitable for persons new to yoga or at a beginners’ level.
New! Yoga Plus
An open class with mantra chanting and guided meditation
Pregnancy Class
Basic yoga exercises adapted to pregnancy. It is advised to begin after the first trimester. Please note that students will not be allowed to take part in Open Classes during pregnancy.
Kids' Class
The class focuses on postures adapted to children, meditation, chanting and storytelling. Open to children ages 7- 12.
Class dates for July/September 2009: July 4, 11 and 18 / September 12 and 19.
Group Meditation (Satsang)
Consists of 20-30 minutes of meditation, 45 minutes of mantra chanting and a talk on the philosophy of Yoga and Vedanta. Open to all. Please note there will be no Satsangs on September 25-27 due to Special Programmes. Free of charge.
