How to improve the digestion with Ayurveda

Dating back over 5,000 years, the healing system of Ayurveda, the science of life, is one of the oldest medical systems in the world. It is a source of profound knowledge for promoting and maintaining good health, curing disease and increasing longevity.

Ayurveda gives much importance to proper nutrition to facilitate the digestion, balance our constitution and give strength to both body and mind.


This weekend workshop will provide an overview of the basic principles of Ayurveda with an emphasis on how to use Ayurveda to improve the digestion.


Saturday July 2

2.00pm How to improve your digestion with Ayurveda
4pm Asana class (optional)

Angela Hope-Murray has been a practitioner of complementary medicine for over 30 years. She has trained extensively in Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad and has been a close colleague of Dr. Robert Svoboda. She is a dedicated proponent of the Ayurvedic tradition in the UK.
