• Pranayama: One hour daily practice of the eight classical pranayama exercises.
• Vedanta: Study of the different philosophical schools of India and of vedantic meditation techniques: vedantic analogies, the doctrine of Neti Neti, the practice of Sakshi Bhav (inner witness) and Mahavakyas (universal truths).
• Raja Yoga: In-depth study of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
• Sanskrit: Sanskrit alphabet and pronunciation of mantras
• Anatomy and Physiology: Functions of the nervous and endocrine systems in relation to yoga. Diet and Nutrition According to Ayurvedic Dietary Principles.
Ayurvedic food will be served during the course.
