The Yoga 4 is for those who want a more advanced practice after having completed Yoga 3 .
In addition to the advanced practice of Asanas, sessions will focus on detailed corrections and anatomical details, breathing and Pranayama, advanced variations and Yoga philosophy.

Yoga 5 offers a natural progression from Yoga 4 and will combine the practice of Asanas with more advanced Pranayama techniques, Yoga Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Mantra chanting and meditation.
