is a natural continuation for those who have completed Yoga 2. The
course focuses on the correct performance of the basic asanas and
pranayama; with the addition of variations on the basic twelve as
well as the introduction of other additional asanas. More advanced
theory is included.
Yoga
3 is an 5-session course consisting of a two-hour class,
once per week.
