Yoga 3 - Intermediate

This is a natural continuation for those who have completed Yoga 2. The course focuses on the correct performance of the basic asanas and pranayama; with the addition of variations on the basic twelve as well as the introduction of other additional asanas. More advanced theory is included.

Yoga 3 is an 5-session course consisting of a one and one half hour class, once per week.

The Course will Include

  • Emphasis on correct body alignment
  • Holding postures for longer
  • Deepen knowledge of pranayama, yogic theory
  • Exploring the role of meditation within hatha yoga practice
  • $65 members, $75 non-members.
