Courses
Courses
differ from our regular drop-in classes in that one signs up for
courses in advance and maintains the same teacher and classmates
for the duration of the course. This system allows a relationship
to develop between the teacher and students, and among the students
themselves. The class follows a natural progression as the students
become more adept at what they are studying. Courses also cover
the theoretical aspects that sit behind the practice. Our courses
are as follows:

Positive
Thinking Course (5 sessions) - Dynamic practical instructions
are given for you to develop a positive attitude toward life, gain
mastery over negative habits and increase self-esteem and confidence.
Achieve what you really want through Yoga and mind-control techniques.
No prior knowledge of yoga is required.

Bhagavad Gita
Course (5 sessions) - The Bhagavad Gita is on of the most important
scriptures in yoga.It teaches the means to live a spiritual life whil
in the midst of daily stress, conflicts and problems.

Meditation
1 & 2 Courses (5 sessions each) - What is meditation? Why
meditate? Theory and practice of meditation and mantra. Thorough,
step-by-step instruction - recommended for new meditators and those
who wish to renew - in how to concentrate and center the mind and
reach a meditative state, through classical meditation techniques.

Yoga
1 Course (5 sessions) - It is best to start at the beginning..
Our beginners course provides a step-by-step introduction to
the theory and practice of yoga, emphasizing proper exercise (asanas),
proper breathing (pranayama) and proper relaxation.

Yoga
2 Course (5 sessions) - This is a natural continuation for those
who have completed Yoga 1. The focus of this course is the correct
performance of the basic asanas and pranayama. Variations and other
asanas are included. more>> |

Yoga
3 Course (5 sessions) - Designed for graduates of Yoga 2, the
emphasis is on holding the basic postures for longer in addition to
the introduction of more advanced postures. Further pranayama techniques
and yogic theory will be introduced.

4 Course (5 sessions) - In addition to the regular routine, emphasis
will be placed on improving the more challenging asanas which were
introduced in Yoga 3, plus adding more advanced variations.

Bhakti
Yoga Course - Yoga of Devotion (5 sessions) - Bhakti or devotion
is the natural affinity between the devotee and the Lord. Bhakti is
the Yoga of Supreme Love. It is the easiest and quickest path to God-realization.
It is seeing God in everything and everything in God. Love is the
Law of the Universe. Bhakti requires an open heart only, and no experience
or knowledge of yoga is needed to participate in this course. All
