In this
workshop we will explore the body, mind and emotions from a yogic
point of view. Vidya Chaitanya (a qualified MD) will offer you a
new perspective on your hormones as well as a way of working
positively with your thoughts and emotions. Yoga philosophy and
practice give us tools for balancing mind and emotions, leading to
balanced hormones, a healthier lifestyle and better resilience for
coping with change. For women of all ages - and men are welcome as
well!
