Swami Sitaramananda is the director of the Sivananda Yoga Farm in northern California, and supervises both the LA and SF Centers. She is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnu-devananda, has been a staff member for more than 20 years.

Swami Sita always gives concrete, digestible instructions and answers questions easily with precision and insight. Always inspiring, she has an uncanny knack of saying exactly what you need to hear! We are fortunate to have such a wise and committed speaker visiting.

The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center Los Angeles reserves the right to substitute speakers or rearrange events if necessary.
