asanas (the 12 basic postures) and relaxation (savasana). No advanced
registration required.

Trial: Your first Open Class is free. For those who are just starting their yoga practice
and are interested in an introduction to the basic yogic principles
the Open House on Saturdays is for you!

Gentle:
Designed for those looking for a slower-paced class
due to injury or physical limitation. 90-minutes.
Beginners:
Generally done as a 5-Week Course, designed for those who are new to Hatha yoga or the Sivananda style class.
This is a 90-minute class designed to gradually introduce the
asanas.
Advanced:
2 hour class with emphasis on variations of the 12 basic postures.
Recommended to those wishing to vary their practice.
Asana
Jaya: 2 hour class with emphasis on holding the postures longer.
Designed for those that want to go deeper into the practice.
Satsang: Join us in group meditation,
chanting and "company of the wise" at this joyful and peaceful
time. Silent meditation, devotional singing followed by a talk or
reading from 6:30pm until about 8:30pm. There is no charge for
Satsang.
Evening
Meditation: 30-minutes of meditation as a group to end the day
on a peaceful, centered note.
