Positive Thinking

Dynamic practical instructions are given for you to develop a positive attitude toward life, gain mastery over negative habits and increase self-esteem and confidence. Achieve what you really want through Yoga and mind-control techniques.

Positive Thinking is a 5-session course consisting of 90-minute classes, once per week.
