Positive Thinking 1

Dynamic practical instructions are given for you to develop a positive attitude toward life, gain mastery over negative habits and increase self-esteem and confidence. Achieve what you really want through Yoga and mind-control techniques.

Positive Thinking 2

Building on the foundation of the Positive Thinking 1, this course explores the roots of positive and negative behaviors, teaches practical techniques on how to understand and channel emotional energy, and will help the student develop a personal practice toward a more positive outlook on life. Pre-requisite: Positive Thinking 1.

 

Positive Thinking 1 & 2 are each a 5-session course consisting of 90-minute classes, once per week.
