Level 1

We will cover all the theory of the mind that will enable you to develop a positive attitude toward life, gain mastery over negative habits and increase self-esteem and confidence. Achieve what you really want through Yoga and mind-control techniques. Beginners welcome. This leads on to the theory and practice of meditation (level 2).

Level 2

Meditation is the key to achieving peace of mind in a stressful and competitive world, filled with endless temptations and "weapons of mass distraction."

Experience the benefits of meditation in just five weeks. Dynamic practical instructions are given in mind control, concentration, and classical meditation techniques. Regular practice will enhance mental, physical, and spiritual well being.

This course gives numerous practical tools for empowering you and improving everyday life. Attendance at Level 1 is recommended

Level 3

  • Mantras - powerful tools for meditation

  • Obstacles in meditation practice and how to overcome them
  • Lifestyle changes needed for internal and external purification.
  • You will learn how to make your meditation come alive in everyday activities, and how it helps in accelerating your spiritual evolution

Level 3


Each level is a 5-session course consisting of 90-minute classes, once a week. The textbook is Meditation and Mantras by Swami Vishnu-devananda.
