David Briscoe
is one of the most experienced macrobiotic teachers and counselors
in the world today. Immersed in macrobiotics since 1972, he has
expertise in every facet, including personal practice, teaching,
counseling and cooking. He has apprenticed with the late macrobiotic
masters, Norboru Muramoto and Herman Ahaira and was one of the first
to be certified by Michio Kushi. He is co-founder of education
institutes, Macrobiotics America and Macrobiotics Global.

Cooking Workshops -
Creating meals for Energy and Vitality
This cooking class will help you create a daily foundation of
acid-alkaline balance, as well as teach you how to apply a few basic
macrobiotic principles to your daily meals. At the end of the day,
stay to eat the meal you have prepared or take it home ... $45, includes cost of ingredients
